A sublime Essex wedding at the historic Gosfield Hall
Gosfield Hall is one of the best wedding venues in Essex, so I was honoured to be Leanne and Connor's Gosfield Hall Wedding Photographer. Surrounded by their lovely family and friends they were married in the Grand Salon in Gosfield Hall's stunning myriad of large interior halls and rooms.
Leanne wore a beautiful white gown from Pronovias supplied by Hayley Elizabeth Bridal and the bridesmaids were in blush pink gowns from Infinity. The groom and groomsmen wore dark blue checked suits from Marc Darcy. Florals were by Cacti & Wildflower hair by Sarah Louise Bridal Hair and makeup was from Karen at Bride Beautiful Makeup. The cake was made by Jeys Heavenly Events, Decor by KMS Hire, Rings by Beaverbrooks, Fireworks by Dynamic Fireworks and Helicopter transport by Harrods Aviation.
Gosfield Hall - Essex Wedding Venue
Gosfield Hall is an exclusive Wedding Venue in Halstead, Essex. It was previously a Royal Palace and it is an exclusive use venue which means if you hire the hall for your wedding, it's all your's for the day! With it's ornate ballroom your wedding breakfast will be fit for kings. Leanne & Connor had their reception in this beautiful room with its floor to ceiling mirrors and featured accents of pink blossom trees and decorations to compliment the stunning golden elements in the grand space. Leanne prepared for the wedding ceremony in the Rococo Suite with its rich yellow and white decor and large windows overlooking the lawns beyond the terrace. Connor arrived by helicopter (!) to marry his best friend and after the ceremony they relaxed in the historic library before joining their guests in the blue doored courtyard.
We took a leisurely stroll through Gosfield Hall's ample grounds and the couple took advantage of the many beautiful backdrops for their couple's portraits. Gosfield Hall wedding photography is always rich with epic backdrops. I took them on a route all around the hall and inside, giving them images and film both intimate and grand. Finishing with a stunning fireworks display on the terrace, a romantic first dance in the reception room and sparklers for the newly weds in front of the hall's East wing with their bridesmaids and groomsmen.
